Section 1 - Agreement, Eligibility, and Scope
These Terms apply to all Tsumi products, features, applications, websites, APIs, account services,
and communications offered by Tsumi. They govern every interaction with Tsumi services unless a separate
written agreement expressly states otherwise.
You represent that you are legally capable of entering into this agreement in your jurisdiction. If you
are using Tsumi on behalf of an entity, you represent that you have authority to bind that entity, and
the term "you" includes that entity.
If you do not agree to these Terms, you must discontinue use immediately. Continued use of Tsumi after any
posted update to these Terms constitutes acceptance of the revised version.
Section 2 - Permitted Use and User Responsibility
Tsumi grants you a limited, revocable, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use the service solely for
its intended purpose and in accordance with these Terms. Access levels, supported applications, and feature
availability may depend on your account status, plan, entitlements, or slot limits.
You are solely responsible for your conduct and for complying with all applicable laws, platform rules,
publisher terms, and third-party policies. Use in online or multiplayer environments may trigger anti-cheat,
moderation, or enforcement actions by third parties, including account penalties or bans.
Tsumi does not control third-party enforcement decisions and does not guarantee uninterrupted access, compatibility,
or immunity from third-party actions. Services are provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis,
to the maximum extent permitted by law.
Section 3 - Orders, Licenses, Billing, and Refunds
Unless otherwise required by applicable law, all sales are final once a license key has been issued,
delivered, or activated. Preference changes, mistaken purchases, incompatibility with unsupported environments,
or account restrictions imposed by third parties do not automatically create refund eligibility.
Licenses may be offered as subscription, slotted, term-based, or lifetime models. "Lifetime" refers to the
commercial and technical lifetime of the relevant Tsumi product and not to the purchaser's natural lifetime.
Tsumi may modify pricing, packaging, and licensing models for future purchases at any time.
Chargebacks, payment reversals, and unresolved billing disputes may result in temporary holds, account restrictions,
or suspension or revocation of active licenses while review is pending.
Section 4 - Accounts, Credentials, and Security Duties
You must provide accurate and current registration information and promptly update material changes.
You are responsible for maintaining confidentiality of credentials and for all activity occurring under your account,
except where prohibited by law.
You must promptly notify Tsumi of suspected unauthorized access, credential compromise, or abusive activity.
Tsumi may require identity or account verification, apply protective controls, and temporarily restrict access
to preserve account and platform security.
Accounts are personal and may not be sold, transferred, shared, sublicensed, or reassigned without Tsumi's
express written consent. No survivorship or inheritance rights apply except where such rights are required by law.
Section 5 - Acceptable Use and Prohibited Conduct
You agree not to misuse Tsumi or related infrastructure. Prohibited conduct includes, without limitation,
fraud, impersonation, harassment, malware distribution, exploit development, denial-of-service activity,
unauthorized access attempts, credential abuse, data scraping, or circumvention of security, licensing, or rate-limit controls.
Except to the extent non-waivable law provides otherwise, you may not reverse engineer, decompile,
disassemble, copy, modify, repackage, mirror, frame, distribute, or commercially exploit Tsumi software,
assets, or service logic without prior written authorization.
Tsumi may monitor and investigate suspicious activity, preserve evidence, and cooperate with service providers,
rights holders, or law enforcement where legally required or reasonably necessary to protect users and systems.
Section 6 - Enforcement, Suspension, and Termination
Tsumi may, at its sole discretion and to the extent permitted by law, suspend, limit, or terminate access
for actual or suspected Terms violations, abuse, fraud, account compromise, payment disputes,
legal risk, or conduct that threatens platform integrity.
Enforcement may be immediate and may include warning notices, account locks, feature restrictions,
license deactivation, or permanent account closure.
To the fullest extent permitted by law, Tsumi is not liable for losses, damages, or business interruption
resulting from good-faith enforcement actions taken under these Terms.
Section 7 - Service Changes, Intellectual Property, and Legal Terms
Tsumi may modify, replace, pause, or discontinue features, integrations, or product availability at any time,
with or without notice, except where notice is required by law. Compatibility with specific environments,
software versions, or third-party systems is not guaranteed.
All Tsumi trademarks, service marks, software, source code, interfaces, branding, and associated intellectual
property remain the exclusive property of Tsumi and its licensors. No ownership rights are transferred by your use
of the service.
These Terms are governed by the applicable law designated by Tsumi's governing legal framework, subject to mandatory
consumer-protection law in your jurisdiction. Any invalid provision shall be interpreted to preserve enforceability
to the maximum extent possible, and all remaining provisions will remain in full force and effect.
